I am trying to understand why this road is at all dangerous. Looks very safe to me under these perfect weather conditions. Could it be that the sun is in the eyes of the drivers during the morning or evening rush or something like that. And yes I did see the rubbernecking incident which was caused by having a film crew on the road.
