  1. As a person from the USA I expected that the government was the #1 problem in most places and the geography or lack of clean drinking water a second but still a very large problem.

  2. Most likely you will have to stay inside of a building that is highly shielded at all times. Possibly living deep under the surface of the planet only to come up to the surface on rare occasions.

  3. In my 48 years on this planet I have never felt one myself although there were a few occasions (my guess is less than 5) were it was possible to feel one from several hundred miles away. I just was not one of the people who noticed. Other than about 15 total weeks (mostly vacation) I have spent my entire life inside a 100 mile radius of Pittsburgh PA, USA.
