  1. For the use of the knife and fork, I will use either hand for either but mostly with the knife in the left hand and fork in the right. I am mostly right handed person but a try to use the left. Also I am a very fast eater (my wife has tried to slow me down for all of the 17 and 3/4 years she has known me). As a result switching hands in mid stream probably does not happen much.
