  1. I'm sorry. That doesn't make any sense. Individuals are not😢😢 criminally charged for discrimination. First of all, discrimination is not a criminal offense in and of itself. Someone who is engaging in a criminal activity, such as assault, might be additionally charged with a hate crime, but discrimination is not a criminal offense in and of itself. Can you just imagine, somebody Changing to a different line at a grocery store. Because the cashier is black being arrested! LOL In fact, businesses with less than fifteen employees are not covered under federal civil rights laws. So, a small mom and pop restaurant could refuse to serve someone in a protected class, without fear of arrest.

  2. @coolgranddad5430  That's not directly relevant to my point. And, there's been similar legislation proposed in the US. It's not going to happen. For one thing, it would never hold up constitutionally. Secondly, It would be impossible to enforce.
