  1. Love watching Michael's videos. His (and others') content gave me a head's up to keep an eye on my own insurance rates. Sure enough, Farmers tried to sneak in a $600 home insurance policy increase from $2200 to $2800+. I live in Arizona, and I"m over 55. It took me about 30 min to contact Hartford (AARP), get a new policy, and then log onto Farmer's website and cancel my policy. While the overall coverage amount is a little less than Farmers, the rest of the policy is pretty much the same. (And neither of the Policies would provide for a complete replacement of my home anyway.). My policy has now gone down to just under $800 for the year! I had been a loyal customer of Farmers for over 30 years, but I dropped my car insurance 4 years ago when they kept raising my rates. Now, they have completely lost my business.😂
