  1.  @sahadhaneef272  Thanks for the reply. Along with medicines what did you do? I am facing some serious issue about harmful auto imaginations and fears causing severe anxiety. I have been doing things things have got a bit better but the problem is still there and it has been 1 year😔 But I know I am gonna recover very quickly now💪🏻

  2. ​ @sahadhaneef272  how much time it took for u? After u started treatment? 1 doubt brother, aren't these medicines mostly for sleep? I mean for mental health issue taking medicine is it safe? Bcz when it comes to the brain, it is very sensitive.
