  8. I’m not sure how much Chicago votes. I used to know a guy who was a black pastor in Chicago. He quit being a pastor & left Chicago. He told me that most people in his church & that he talked to in outreach didn’t vote at all because they feel disenfranchised by both parties. Assuming that his experience is not unusual, who are the people voting?
