  2. The whole thing is BS. They claim they want rehabilitation, yet you can't do anything for the rest of your life because it's hung around your neck. I don't even know where to start. Back in the day you could move and start over. That's impossible now.

  4. Depends on the crime and 5 years after what? The conviction? Release? Parole? In many cases, yes if they don't reoffend within 5 years, maybe it should be sealed. Let people get on with their lives.
