Will insurance accept you filing your own police report? I don't live there, but I know my neighbour took a freaking week to get a cop to come out to her place to write a report. You know, because 10 miles out of town was just too far for them to bother.

@djbeezy I looked it up. There's a few things it could mean. But the racists are focusing on just one. Could also stand for Conflict of loyalty Citizen of liberty (seems to have been a group that existed)
