I know one lawyer who actually suggests practicing the 5th like a mantra so it becomes natural. That or "my lawyer has advised me not to answer any questions without him present" Even your body language will be held against you. I mean even the comedy "My cousin Vinny" the kid asks "I shot the cop?" And the sheriff testifies "he then repeated 'I shot the cop,,"

  4. Testified at a trial where the murder literally said "I'll get you" while I was on the stand. The judge ruled that wasn't a threat. Oh well he was shot by the cops a few months later in a standoff. Wonder why it was a threat then?
