  7. BTW, I think our prison system is broken. It doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t rehabilitate and it doesn’t punish. If it’s a situation where someone can be rehabilitated, then give them actual rehabilitation. Therapy, skills training, etc. If they can’t be rehabilitated, then punishment should be punishment. Corporal punishment, public shaming, or the old breaking rocks.
