  1. Vehicle registration fees should be based on the weight of the vehicle because that is wears out our roads, especially since EV's don't use gasoline or diesel. I am saying this as an EV driver myself, not from someone with a negative attitude toward EV's We need a fair way to pay for the up keep of our roads in a manner that is fair to all.
