  1. Unfortunately, I completely agree with you, Mike. It’s ridiculous what Ford did to the trunk to fit in such a small amount of battery power. I really loved driving a rental Fusion from Alamo, but I try to do as much as possible for the environment and would want at least a PHEV or an EV. Ford already took away my much loved CMax PHEV, but they are promising an amazing future full of PHEV’s and EV’s. Thank you and Carl so much for not being afraid to put out a negative review when it’s necessary. I hope that the right people watch this review and take positive action.

  2. Piersandro Mannino The Sport model is pretty awesome, except for it’s awful gas mileage. I like the upgraded leather that comes or came with the Platinum model. These days I’m trying to avoid animal skin, when it makes sense to.

  7. Chris Blaise I tried to lease another CMax PHEV, but Ford does not make it anymore for the USA market. I really wasn’t interested in the Fusion PHEV, even though it’s an incredible value right now. I just went ahead and purchased the second one that I had leased. We also had leased the Focus Electric, but those are discontinued too. I would’ve leased another in a heartbeat. Ford had added 50% to the range and added DC quick Charging, I was ready to lease our third one. For six years we had leased Ford PHEV’s or EV’s, so I definitely loved the brand.
