  1. I don’t know a single person that enjoys going to a franchised dealership to purchase a new or a used car because the process is exhausting and it always leaves me feeling like I was ripped off.

  2. The thought of having to go purchase from a franchised dealership makes my stomach feel sick 🤢 ! Our Tesla Model 3 is almost five years old and it still feels and smells pretty new.

  5.  @guillermosanchez9284  I have time of use metering and only charge at night. Currently I would only have an electric car if I could charge it in my own garage at 240 volts 50 amp breaker (charges at 40 amps)

  6. The finance people use every trick in the book to sell you things that you don't need. The last time that I got a new car at a dealer I told the sales manager that if they try to sell me any add ons in the finance office I will walk out and never come back! It worked!

  8. In the USA the franchised dealerships would not be able to charge double the MSRP for limited edition AMG G Wagens. Maybe the MSRP will better represent the true selling price in the near future?

  15.  @itzelcanada133  That should nullify the deal, but they have the politicians of their side. The dealerships have signs all over that advise you that there is no cooling off period for you, but they don’t have to abide by that. If you signed on the dotted line the deal is done, even if they used every trick in their book to confuse you or me for that matter. My last car was purchased new in August 2018. I did no negotiation but had to pay MSRP with no add-ons. Destination charge was on the window sticker. I did everything online and only had to pickup the car after accepting delivery on their phone application.

  25.  @andrewverrett568  I’m so sorry Andrew. It usually takes me several days to recover from a dealership experience. I know that a few people love that whole experience, but I just want my car, no bs. We bought a Tesla Model 3 in August 2018 and I’m still satisfied. Eventually we will need another car and I want a PHEV because I don’t want to depend on two full electrics. We like to travel to places that are way off the Interstate or other highways and I like having 500 miles of petroleum range plus batteries backup range. So maybe 600 miles total.

  32. Some of the pompous commenters on this channel have said that just tell the salesperson what they will pay or they will just walk out. I don’t have the energy for that no it won’t work in today’s market unless you want to buy what’s not selling. Try buying a popular EV from a franchised dealership! They don’t need our business until or if ever there’s enough supply.
