  1. Jeremy, that was an awesome talk with Farzad! I feel like it was a nice introduction to the greater Austin area. I have a few questions: I see that real estate and rentals are really increasing in price substantially. Where can the non-tech employees for all of these new companies, including Tesla, afford to live and will they have to commute great distances to find affordable housing? What transportation system is available for tens of thousands of people to get themselves to work? Factory workers cannot telecommute. Thank you so much 😊

  2. Farzad, this was a great talk with Jeremy, but is was surprised that you both have had Covid recently. Luckily this variant is very mild when the vaccinated get it. It just seemed like it was no big deal. Of course higher gas prices were blamed on Biden. Austin might be the most liberal city in Texas, but that’s not saying much. When Jeremy talked about the house that went for 200,000 over asking, I could see your expression change to one of shock.
