  3. Real Air Conditioned seats, even adjustable, are extremely rare! Most cars have a fan pulling in cabin air, which is better than nothing.

  14. Imagine how poor the range would be with today’s batteries, even if you built out nothing and slept on the floor? Technically is constantly improving and I have no doubt that the future batteries will allow you to build out a custom van and get 300 miles of range!
