  1. I could see a YouTuber might buy an upgrade, make a video, then ask for a refund. This would be extremely rare and everyone should not be punished for this rare experience.

  2. Undecided with Matt Ferrell I don’t agree with Tesla’s no refund policy. I could see someone upgrading their car, make a quick video and then ask to have the feature removed.
