  1. I don't trust the gov't. in a lot of areas and that is why I don't go paperless with my bills or pay everything online. My town's computers got hacked in Nov. with ransom wear and they still don't have the water dept. back up and running. Thankfully we won't get late fees when we get our bill. I don't trust the gov't. not to be tracking us too, with all this push to cashless.
