This happens in all races. When I lived in South Jersey I applied for a small apt. and it was approved. When I went to look at it this black lady told me it was already rented. I was in my 20's and she didn't think I heard her as I left say to another person there "I don't rent to nasty Puerto Ricans. This is not just a black/white thing.
