Couple days ago I applied for a company that does not specify if it’s salary based or commission based big giant red flag 🚩 I found out “company” looks like a sorority people there almost spend days and days training and that’s not compensated their excuse is that is for the well being of the company in reality it’s a scam marketing is a job and should be compensated not constantly trained for free it’s a scam

  22. I’m on my third day at my new job I’m grateful for opportunity they gave me at my new job but the management part of company is killing me it is not organized at all my boss never tells me what to do do it frustrates me to be constantly asking what to do I’m so confused 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m on this situation rn I put my two weeks but boss wants to counter so then I wouldn’t leave my boss has been very nice to me all this time though my only problem is they pay me around 7-8 dollars per hour less than what I should be earning my boss has saved me so many times from very unfortunate experiences at work like been assaulted physically and so many times I been late. Yeah I applied for a job of a reputable company that did not realized was posting same job position for months I was so excited when they said they wanted to interview me on the day of interview the supposedly hiring manager told me the job offer was not available but she could get me someone to hire me in a complete different role I was like NO thank you but that’s not for what I applied for I thought if this people are from real company they are not transparent but yo be honest I thought it could be a scam

I been thinking us women are more cooked than men because the future look like only jobs that include using your hands like construction will survive as a woman I don’t have the force for that.
