@michaelmurphy2112 I disagree in my experience. It is usually envy more than anything. When the workers actually have a discussion and you tell them what they can do to earn more they become more satisfied why another coworker is making more. It usually boils down to time put in outside of work hours to learn something and then apply it at work.

@AdiViswa634 sorry that is not the employrer's problem. Any versatile skills you leverage like Cybersecurity. Scrum skills skills with cyber security seems like a winner when supporting SOC operations. The more skills you work on, the more valuable you become. Show your flexibility you show to these companies.
