That's because we are in a class based structure which is getting wider and wider, the upper middle class and above don't want to mix with the poor and as such they really have no idea what its like and therefore cant relate, and if you cant relate or understand a particular thing, then there is no way it can be fixed by people who don't understand the problem. 😢
