This is amazing disinformation rising to the level of slanderous propaganda. Of course the Supreme Court is going to rule in Donald Trump's favor. Anyone on this channel ever hear of "due process". The issue is not that no court can ever bar a candidate for insurrection, the issue is no court can ever bar a candidate for anything without a trial and that the defendant has an opportunity for a defense. What this former judge is arguing for, in the amicus brief he mentions is that a sitting President is forbidden to take any action (and by extension, that would include the DOJ which is part of the Executive branch and answers to the President) to investigate and resolve what that sitting President believes to be election irregularities or fraud affecting the outcome of a federal election, and any attempt to the contrary is innsurection against the US. The ultimate consequence of a US Supreme Court decision favoring that argument is that anyone, anywhere, in any election who challenges an election result is guilty of insurrection either at one or more of the Local, State or Federal levels. As it is a given that to challenge an election result is by its very nature and purpose an attempt by the opponent to prevent the "elected" individual from taking office. Show me where the election challenge is launched by a neutral third party interested only in free and fair elections The challenge has always been raised by the opponent or by proxies with a stake in the outcome.
