@benlaw4647 That's horrible mate. Having your sleep constantly disrupted can mess up your health. Do you at least use ear plugs? I found moldable silicone plugs, they're pretty good. I also have Ambien sleep pills for emergency cases. They can't be taken regularly. But I eventually moved to a tiny house in a small village. I don't share walls with anyone. The next door neighbour is barely at home, or at least I never see them. The other two are older people, pretty quiet. And that's pretty much it. The worst thing are pigeons in the summer, because they're sitting on the roofs and make noise very early in the morning when I'm still sleeping after work.

Cooked rice after 2 days even in the fridge can grow bacillus cereus which causes food poisoning. The bacteria should be destroyed if the rice was cooked properly, but you never know. Some spores may still be there. I personally don't even bother with cooking rice, I just buy those microwave pouches. It saves time and some dishwashing, and it's exactly one portion for my lunch or dinner. Next day I can microwave another pouch, so it's "fresh".
