@ukguy Well Christmas,Easter and Sundays are soon to be downgraded and a seven day week installed.There are less Christians and it offends other faiths as they are Christian days.Also employers do not want to pay extra for the sabbath,easter,xmas.This means the nhs and economy will run 24/7

@whiteyoda7326 I have only ever ever commented on nurses pay,listed on RCN website.Also that I along with all hospital staff use the subsidised canteen.Ancilliary staff have many different rates of pay and you can see many vacancies with salaries advertised online.

@garriejackson9551 I genuinly care too.I lost both my parents thru nhs negligence.PALS is the med staff themselves and never upheld a complaint.The nhs owes £77b in negligence claims.I care and want the nhs to care too.

@garriejackson9551 yr the one is a safe little world just demanding money .They put a sign up at every nurse station “ you must check on each patient at least once an hour” I can,t count the times I have had to go and get nurse to attend a dying patient or the crash team.

@garriejackson9551 With years of working in the nhs I witnessed incidents of horrid cruelty to patients who have no defence.Thankfully not too common.I lost both my parents to nhs malpractice

@garriejackson9551 install the german nhs where private companies can do nhs services and fight each other to get at govt money.For the moment a off cash payment.Because if inflation falls we would have to pay an increase forever.I would also consider increasing the subsidy to hospital canteens and give nurses free travel ( as they do in germany)

@garriejackson9551 Things wiil change as less and less Christians means Sunday.Easter and xmas just ordinary days .so the nhs will be seven days.Employers want it to reduce pay for those religious days like Sunday working etc.Also the King has said Christianity will not take precedence over other faiths
