  1. I wouldn't want to buy consumer grade stuff for that sort of heavy use. There are already loads of appliances that could do the same job which are designed for industrial use. The iPad thing is just fashion, plus their UI is badly designed as asmcriminaL among others pointed out. Unfortunately the world is run largely by people with zero science or technology understanding.
