WEF delegates at their annual meeting didn't want to be driven in electric vehicles but instead wanted combustion engine vehicles for travel to and from Davos. Hydrogen is a safer alternative to electric vehicles until permanent magnet motors can be widely developed and used.

@FullFact548 The causes of the explosion with the loss of 11 lives must be examined to prevent further such occurrence and reduce further loss of life. However using your logic there would not be any use of oil and natural gas and no use of water either.

@FullFact548 The Earth's atmospheric level of carbon dioxide is 0.04% and reducing carbon dioxide levels much further would cause widespread crop failures and loss of trees, plants and vegetation and result in much lower levels of atmospheric oxygen. Therefore the policy to reduce carbon dioxide levels is unnecessary and counterproductive.

@FullFact548 Hydrogen once ignited doesn't ignite again and goes out though remaining combustible materials may remain on fire. Lithium fires don't self extinguish and can burn for a very long time and need vast amounts of water to put out.
