  1. Neoliberal New Labour believes in very small government with the absolute minimum needed to provide infrastructure services but an army of private sector officials to manage and support client contractor services including accountants, management consultants to manage private sector contracts.

Fully nationalised infrastructure services for the public sector, the abolition of PFI Schemes and conversions of existing PFI Schemes to traditional design, cost and build contracts with maintenance and operation by the public sector will save government hundreds of billions of pounds over decades.
