Interventional therapies provided by the trained disabled can be used with joined up support to stop Parliamentarians absence and attend Parliamentarians constituency offices and Parliamentarians other locations of work for Parliamentarians other jobs to ensure MPs and Peers fulfill their obligations if unable to attend Parliament and constituency offices. In this way all Parliamentarians can be more accountable and representative to their constituents. There needs to be extra intervention for MPs and Peers with high levels of absence from their constituency offices to reduce Parliamentarian shirkers.
