  1.  @JohnSmith-vy4lh  Benefit claimants should also be paid whilst waiting to appeal. Unfortunately DWP policies don't allow this and this means many people will not challenge decisions. I do believe that claimants unhappy with their original decision should be able to appeal the decision without needing to provide further information or prove their case on a point of law.
