  27.  @yharnamiyhill787  The amalgams were replaced by white fillings after amalgam removal and cleaning to remove some staining. A short course of chlorella capsules/tablets was also taken after each set of amalgams were removed.

A search of 'Toothpaste Abrasiveness Ranked by RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasion) Value can give historical information although values will change over time as toothpaste formulation and ingredients change.
