  1. The leadership and top four levels of HM Treasury, Bank of England and DWP need to be given golden redundancy packages as could all British government departments. The leadership of these organisations should be replaced with new people who are not narcissists, not sociopaths, not psychopaths and not Machiavellian. The new people in the top four levels of leadership must have an understanding and lived experience of everyday lives for the majority of people in the UK not from elite fee paying British public school system and not those with any PPE degrees from Neoliberal Philosophy, Politics and Economics courses.
