New Order of Barbarians is a free transcript of three tapes, two tapes recorder in 1988 and one tape in 1991 by Dr Lawrence Dunegan on his recollection from notes of a 1969 lecture by New World Order Insider Dr Richard Day in New York, US. One part explained the need for Western countries to deindustrialise and transfer heavy industries to poorer countries across the world and let them deal with the environmental problems. Other parts were social and economic control including couples would be priced out of having children and where one partner would have to look for work a considerable distance from their partner. The overall objective was to reduce the human population.
