  13.  @colinm4  Not everyone has Photo Voter ID and some ID was not acceptable. Some ID that has expired was supposedly still valid if the photo looked like the holder but people age, change appearance and were turned away. Expired passports were refused even though the rules said they were acceptable. Senior citizens bus passes were accepted but adult students bus passes were not and neither were Veterans ID cards.
