  1. Agree with other comments that two tier pricing for those without loyalty cards needs to be banned. Dynamic pricing based on customer profiling should also be banned as it will mean richer customers will pay less for the same products than the poor.

  2. I had points taken off my Morrisons More card for online fuel purchase and the other points had vanished when I've never bought fuel online or used any points saved. Morrisons refused to reinstate points, claimed the account was compromised and this was before they closed down the points based scheme the first time.
