  1. The greatest fear of the planet's rulers is non compliance. There was a report by academics a few years ago that recommended a ban on new buildings made with concrete, glass and steel by 2050 and the closure of all regional airports by 2050 as well with the phasing out of all three remaining airports after this date. Climate change, environmental and sustainability policies and restrictions will not apply to billionaires and the planet's rulers.
