  1. Ukraine could give Donetsk, Lugansk, Donbass regions and Crimea to Russia to start negotiations for peace whilst these independent regions retain full autonomy. Ukraine would then have to accept full neutrality, not join the EU, never join NATO and remove all WMD from Ukraine including permanent closure of all Bioweapons laboratories funded by the US government. Ukraine would have to remove all Neo Nazis from government, remove all foreign fighters from Ukraine, remove all weapons from criminals and ensure all prisoners are returned to prison to serve sentences.
