  1. Richard J Murphy has a YouTube channel on finance. Government finance has never needed tax and never needed to borrow money from the markets to fund its spending as it borrows money from the Government owned Bank of England and Government austerity has always been unnecessary. Therefore all the cuts to benefits and public services are also an unnecessary political choice.
