Canadian Prepper on YouTube had an interview with Vincent Pry former intelligence officer who said the US cannot win any nuclear war as both Russia and China have developed, tested and brought into service new nuclear weapons whilst the US has 30 year old untested nuclear weapons and reduced their nuclear weapons capability.
