  3.  @Lumpia_In_Texas  Some workers are lucky in that their work is based on outcomes and finished work and not how the work time is used and these workers have a better work life balance than other workers. The unlucky workers have their work activity monitored including key strokes, file activity, call performance and breaks from work timed, similar to call centres and requirement to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The technology to monitor workers in this way has been available for decades in the workplace and many years for remote working.

  5. A lot of employers would rather choose automation and outsourcing entry level work to avoid paying more for flexible hybrid remote working.
