Removing narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths from supervisory, management, and people based roles will reduce some of the problems of bad bosses. HR can start with comprehensive personality tests to prevent narcissists sociopaths and psychopaths from being recruited to positions where they control, supervise and manage others.
