  1. US could start using weather weapons, atmospheric heaters and scalar technology against Russia as part of the US geoengineering programme. Some in the US may even consider using giant space mirrors to track the sun and warm up areas subject to cold temperatures. However Russia would retaliate against the US and NATO for the use of weather weapons and scalar technology.

  2.  @deusvult7947  Releasing large amounts of natural gas such as as methane would not work. Methane gas reduces buoyancy in seawater and the effect would be very localised if the gas was ignited for any reason. Weather weapons and scalar technology can be used far more effectively over large distances and cover a large area at relatively low cost in comparison to high yield conventional and nuclear weapons.

  3.  @colincox6461  Indeed Russia has weather weapons and scalar technology and they have been developing their weather weapons and scalar technology as have other countries. The UN even banned the use of weather weapons in 1978.
