  1. The planet's current levels of recorded available atmospheric carbon dioxide is 0.04%, the lowest recorded level has been 0.03%. Plants, trees, vegetation and crops cease photosynthesis when available atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide reach 0.02%. Massive famine will occur due to Net Zero causing carbon dioxide to fall to 0.02% or below with worldwide crop failures. When atmospheric levels reach 0.02% or less it means worldwide levels of available atmospheric oxygen will collapse and this means humans everywhere will suddenly collapse and become extinct. The planet's rulers have been and are terraforming humans and terraforming the planet. Reptilians process oxygen much more efficiently than humans, prefer lower sunlight levels, can withstand levels of radiation fatal to many species including humans and other intelligent aliens. However changes in Solar output and the Earth's weakened Magnetosphere due to impending planetary pole shift resulting in increased radiation reaching Earth's surface will mean even reptilians will need protection from the Sun.
