  1. Keir Starmer's New Labour is more Tory than Tony Blair's New Labour. Keir Starmer replaces Tony Blair, Rachel Reeves replaces Gordon Brown and Angela Rayner replaces John Prescott. New Labour Austerity 2 will mean New Labour from 2024 - 2029 will spend less on public services than the Conservative manifesto as happened with New Labour from 1997 - 2001. Angela Rayner's role will be to maintain the veneer of socialism and control opposition whilst New Labour follows Neoliberal ideology of Thatcherism.
