Rishi Sunak could decide to have a general election on Thursday 27 June 2024 because that's during Glastonbury and near the start of summer holidays meaning Non Tory voters not being able to vote and increasing voter share for the Conservatives. The EU Referendum was held on 23 June 2016 and Glastonbury and summer holidays meant many younger voters did not and could not vote.
