There is literally not one problem ever created by a union, that is not worse than the absence of them. No institution is above reform, no organization is perfect. And there are plenty of actively evil people in this world in every career field to include unions and community organizations. However, my first sentence still stands. There is no place that is worse off with the union.

It's not your fault your mom drank so much when she was pregnant with you. Best of luck.
3
No, is doesn't.
3
@iguess2739 You too champ. It's not your fault your mom drank so much when she was pregnant. You're doing the best you can. We're all pulling for you.
3
I mean it's nice to think that, but it's not going to happen. Try to come up with wishes that are even barely possible.
3
@RobertWhittle-jo9iv ← This thing right here, lies through its teeth and when caught in it automatically switches to a different talking point.
3
Well that's a bald-faced lie.

The landlord has intentionally taken rent and refuse to invest it in the maintenance. So there's no particular reason for the tenants to have to pay more in rent. The landlord has irresponsibly and in many cases illegally taking more of the total rent for the property as income as opposed to applying it properly into upkeep. So the landlord can eat the hit

Only they can, and however much of a temper tantrum you want to throw about it, the video demonstrates individuals having successfully done so. And there's nothing you can do about that.
3
Specifically how?
3
No one in this video wasn't cleaning their apartment.
3
Found another person proud to be bad at math.
3
@badart3204 please explain, or at least outline, the monolithic differences between rural and urban voting blocks. There are enormous amount of liberal and progressive rural voters. There are significant amounts of conservative urban voters.

This is one of the many rights unions fight for employees to have access to. This is one of the many rights denied to Union members. This is one of the rights, for which we collectively bargain with not only our employers but the politicians that would prefer to act as our rulers instead of our representatives.
2
Jim Crow laws allowed them to exploit and maintain a lower economic workforce out of black Americans and non white immigrants. That and other cultural and social dynamics that allowed the North to expand upon unions but made it harder for the South to do so such as less urban density.
2
Do you understand how a graduated income tax works? I'm guessing not.

Give me one country that is capable of crossing the Atlantic or the Pacific to invade the United States. I don't mean that can actually invade it on land, I don't mean one that could dominate us once we were invaded. I'm talking about a country that could actually cross either ocean and have any capital ships left by the time half hour navy got through with them. No, I'll make that a quarter of our Navy. Actually let me take that back I'll make that just our submarines. There is no country, there is no collection of countries on planet Earth capable of invading the United States in any meaningful way. If we had a quarter of the military that we presently have we would still be just as safe. But we would not be able to project power globally.

@ProudGenXer Then it becomes profitable to open up manufacturing for more. You're bad at this.
2
@ProudGenXer They are artificially lowering production to maintain scarcity. This isn't my opinion. This is part of the evidence it's already been revealed. Part of the source was mentioned in this particular video. And I have no problem with them having to spend money to make more factories. They're going to make their money back. It does not bother me in the slightest to limit a corporation to making only a reasonable profit.
2
@ProudGenXer Dr. Barbers research. Her comments start at 4.45. The majority of pharmaceutical R&D is federally subsidized or directly funded by other public entities. One of the Lord just periods of novel medical growth, occurred between 1943 and 1968 and was overwhelmingly driven by public funded research. Every single one of your arguments is an industry talking point, that is easily disproven and has been, to a depth and breadth that you could build walls out of.

If you can't work for religious reasons, Tell God to send you everything you need to support you. It's repulsive to put somebody with an imaginary sky friend in the same category as all those other decent, needing and legitimate people you mentioned.
2
What specific things did he get wrong?
2
@jarrettesselman8144 You aren't, and you don't. Your entire posting history can be seen by tapping on your thumbnail over on the left. You've claimed to be a variety of things, when you weren't cut and paste posting over and over again just saying all the other comments were fake.

Why would I quit, when I can demand and receive a fairer share of the labor I provide for the company. No, I'm not going to leave, I'm going to get more money for the work I do.
2
Nope. Rent strikes create the same dynamic as mutually assured destruction. Either the landlord will get right or everybody the landlord included is out of the asset.
2
Was a very small movement in comparison.
2
Economically we have had the same president since Reagan or worse. That includes President Obama. In fact it was only the present president that exercised much in the way of leadership towards any kind of serious infrastructure reinvestment.
2
It's a less than a year old sock puppet account. No it didn't wash anything. @jarethgar
2
"It's Big Businesse's fault." There's your five words or less, for the low value consumer who can't be bothered to think or read more.
2
@3_pancakes767 It's literally a full-time troll. You can find the same poster on over a dozen different channels making different versions of the same bullshit baits. I mean you can argue with it if you want, but just understand your commenting at a cellardwelling incel with apparently nothing else in its life except this. I think that's a pretty good sign you're not going to get an enlightening conversation.
2
How so?
2
Most of Europe.
2
@silaskuemmerle2505 You're being trolled and you know it. I'm not telling you to not talk to the person. You make your own choices. But you cannot complain about getting somebody a hand job when you saw them standing there asking for one and decided to play along.
2
It isn't, but he definitely had something to do with it.
2
What were their specific and significant differentiations?
2
You Dunning Kruger kids say stuff like this, and it's like the slow kid in class really proudly, belligerently screaming that 2 + 2 = 5 and acting so proud of himself.
2
UPS had these layoffs planned a while ago and have said as much PRIOR to the union wins. UPS posted consistent high income. Unions built the standard of living across the US. The Union is coming for amazon. Die mad about it.
1
@beyond-journeys-end nice
1
Our present defend industry has less than nothing to do with the standard of living in our country.
1
Plenty of Democrats don't support abortion and would never choose that themselves. You're (intentionally) conflating "supporting abortion" with "supporting the right of women to control their own bodies."
1
@s.tiaira9081 I got to ask, how many times do you need to go to a place to puts hair on your food before you stop going?
1
Unions are for everybody. You don't get to set limits.
1
@GotA-do4ob Everybody means everybody. I didn't stutter.
1
@GotA-do4ob spoken like a dunning Krueger kid who's more interested in licking the boots of his financial betters.
1
@martyg1717 so you're a doormat. That's on you. Other people are willing to fight for what they've earned.
1
You must be surprised buy a lot of obvious things.
1
It would be difficult to argue that it is worked for women's rights other than suffrage. And an enormous amount of suffrage was really allowing white women to vote so that there would be more white voters It's not particularly difficult to figure out why tenants have a harder time than most others in using force as a component of their leverage strategy. The people fighting you know where you live and own the property you live in. That's basically the ultimate threat

You're shit at math.
