 @janneskoneczny4989 find the number of incidences where that has occurred. Then find the number of officers that were killed by their weapons being taken from them. Compare the numbers.

@mattg4705 Nearly one in five officers killed as part of a crime last year were shot with their own (or a partner’s) weapon, according to the National Center for Law Enforcement Technology. Total number of fatalities I was able to find was 10 last year and five this year.
