This was out of your hands, and you know it, but good mothers always feel responsible for anything bad which happens to their kids. Stop beating yourself up. Plus, don't worry. Let me tell you one thing that I know for a fact (and I don't care if any stupid people come at me in the comments): A mother's prayers for her child is one of the first prayers to be answered. Pray to God and (this is important) really trust in Him to fix it. (Remember, really trusting would mean that you would stop worrying--because you recognize that it's in God's hands; if you don't have that feeling "fake it till you make it".) I promise you, you will get results. I say this without any hesitations and based on experience; and ignore any losers which try to convince you otherwise. Keep your chin up, mom! ❤🙂

This is not about just a "stupid conflict"; what has happened is that the Israeli's are squatters who have occupied a whole other country, killing & displacing so many people, destroying their homes, etc. for decades. This is while the Palestinians were only armed with stones. Those Israeli "civilians" you talk about are occupiers and squatters who, for the most part, aren't even natives of the region. There's absolutely no comparison. It's like finally shooting at the person who broke into your home and took over. Why should that surprise you?

Just because Palestinians are extremely religious does not mean this is a religious war; their land was literally occupied and taken over; just like a thief kicking you out of your home after robbing you blind. And most leading Zionists are actually secular Jews; the actual orthodox Jews will tell you that Jews have no right to Palestine. And shame on you for saying Palestinians would rather "offer up their own children" rather than seek true peace. They tried that for 75 years; didn't work. You owe it to a people who are being genocided off the face of the earth to at least educate yourself before speaking on a topic which you obviously know nothing about. Please.
