It's not your fault at all; and ignore the stupid judgemental people who tell you otherwise. This was out of your hands, and you know it, but good mothers always feel responsible for anything bad which happens to their kids. Stop beating yourself up. Plus, don't worry. Let me tell you one thing that I know for a fact (and I don't care if any stupid people come at me in the comments): A mother's prayers for her child is one of the first prayers to be answered. Pray to God and (this is important) really trust in Him to fix it. (Remember, really trusting would mean that you would stop worrying--because you recognize that it's in God's hands; if you don't have that feeling "fake it till you make it".) I promise you, you will get results. I say this without any hesitations and based on experience; and ignore any losers which try to convince you otherwise. Keep your chin up, mom! ❤🙂

@humanonearth1 Being emotionally deficient can be worse than being developmentally deficient. Being a "human on earth" implies humanity, doesn't it? So why try to bring down a person you don't even know and who is already worried? You surprise me. It costs so little to be kind.
