  2. How does this have anything to do with living with his parents, though? There are a lot of decent people who live with their parents but aren't a burden to them. In our culture, we like living together as a family until marriage; nothing wrong with that. (And we don't have crazy people killing and dismembering their parents, either. 😉)

  5. Attorney argues "motive to lie is not intent". Right. "Oops, just shot my dad in the back, my bad. Well, what do you know! Did it again; double oopsie. Sorry mom!" 🙄 I shudder to think what "intent to murder" means to this person.
